Step 1. Order free Recycling / Rescue Boxes by calling us on toll free 0800 787 462 or from your stationery supplier. Once you have collected a minimum of ten or more used cartridges place them into the Recycling Box. Seal the box with packaging tape making sure the box is secure for transport.

Step 2. Call Cartridge Rescue™ on toll free 0800 787 462 or your stationery supplier to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number and a return form.
